Defective items & warranty
Our manufacturer warranty period for AXLE brand VGA cards are 2 years warranty. Each party bears one way of transportation cost and faulty goods will be repaired /replaced depending on the condition.
Minimum order quantity
There is no MOQ. Sample prices should be the same as quotation prices. The prices listed in quotation are on FOB Hong Kong basis. (For invoice amounts less than US$20,000.00, customers bear local handling & document charges).
Delivery / Lead time
Products will be ready within 3-5 working days after confirmation of orders. Goods will be delivered upon confirmation of payment.
Payment method
TT in advance or L/C at sight for the invoice amount not less than US$20,000. Customers will bear the local handling charge.
