As for the high standard of product quality & management, AXLE gained ISO9001 certified. It is also the indicator for the standard of the VGA cards in market.
In order to broaden our product line, AXLE also carried design utilizing chip sets from other vendors. Most recent products are 3D VGA cards, motherboards & power supply. Besides marketing our own products, AXLE is also very active in OEM business which account for about 30% of total sales turnover.
Besides, AXLE has introduced the brand "AXLE" into the market since 1999. It was a great success. "AXLE" is now well known in Korea, Russia, Middle East and European Markets. Defective items & warranty
Our RMA policy is one to one replacement. Each party bears one way of transportation cost. Faulty goods will be repaired /replaced depending on the condition and the warranty policy cover of 1 year.
Minimum order quantity
There is no MOQ. Sample prices should be the same as quotation prices. Prices listed in quotation are on FOB Hong Kong basis. (For invoice amounts less than US$20,000.00, customer bears local handling & document charges).
Delivery / Lead time
Products will be ready within approx. 3-5 working days after confirmation of orders. Goods will be delivered upon confirmation of payment.
Payment
TT in advance or L/C at sight for invoice amount not less than US$20,000, otherwise, customers will bear the local handling charge.
